Recently Caught Australian goatfish

I caught this cool little fella in my cast net a few weeks back. My mate and I had never seen one and did not know what it was. I was in a local tackle shop the other day and the knowledgeable gentleman behind the counter informed me it was a Goatfish. Apparently they are good eating fresh (when big enough) but don't freeze well. Waddya know, ya can teach an old dog new tricks 🤣. Tight lines y'all 🤙🎣
