Moderate current, silty water with low viz. Tough conditions. Not many others catching today either. Still a great day to be out.

Was a good Friday indeed. 19, 18, 16. Kick in the pants to get 'em on hair jigs I tied. And a largie just to remind me I'm in IL. : )

Terrible photo but sweet walleye. Only fish, indeed, only hit all day. Need some rain to get them moving.

What a day!! Planned as a white bass foray and started with walleyes (incl a new PB!!), saugeye, LMB, and both white and black crappies. After 9A, the white bass showed up with some yellows for variety. Loved every minute of it.

4 channel and a decent bullhead. Normally don't keep the bulls but the wind was kicking so bad I didn't know he was there and he swallowed a 3/0 circle.

Had an audience for a bit.

Not a sockeye lol. Catch enough and something decent comes along, right.... on 3rd spot since 0530, nothing but 👶 🤷‍♂️
