Good start to the night hope the luck continues

I needed this alot !!! 😆 moments before I landed this new personal best, I broke off on the only fish in a long long time that truly had me at its advantage. I've never fought a fish so big with so much strength. Breaking off on whatever beast i was hooked into after 30 minute's of fighting really had ne down! I was pissed haha I really needed this! Thank you Mr flathead for choosing me and chearing me up! Made my night!

Ohhhh my gosh! Almost forgot to post this picture. Same fish as earlier. My son wanted to hold him so bad. But traffic was busy with everyone going to work so he did it from the car ❤️ my little fisherman.

Drummmm rolllllll! Flat head #40 of the year! 30 lb 12 oz! #catch23 After weighing these fish with new scale. I'm just gonna put this out there that old Ozarks trail scale I had sucked. I've had fish bigger than this weight 25 before. Sadly I lost my whisker seeker scale on my last outing. Hopefully I don't catch any fish bigger than 50 lbs between now and when I can get another. Tight lines yall!
