A crazy morning of topwater action. We caught two stripers early on in the morning then the rest came in a blitz that lasted and hour. A total of 7 stripers and 3 very fat bluefish, best trip of the year

#Catch23. We went out last night in hopes of getting one some blitzing bluefish, and we got we came there for…. well, kind of. So, we saw a giant blitz and hooked into a nice bluefish. As my dad was cutting the arteries of the fish, he held it over the water because he didn’t want to get blood in the boat. I looked at him and said, “dad, don’t drop it”. He looked at me and said, “I wont”. And as he said that the bluefish squirmed out of his and and swam away. After that, we decided we wanted to go back out this morning at first light and chase more bluefish. We got on some more and got our redemption. A crazy 24hours of fishing.

#Catch23 We tried a new spot and only managed to get one nice porgy. Kept chasing after blitzing blues and they were just to stubborn to bite anything
