The “White River” bite I have been working, searching, striving, enduring and just plain “praying for” lol … after a long hard countless sessions with nothing substantial to speak of here comes “the one” … ( She took it elegantly and slow at first then came “the pull”…Anyone who has landed this kind of fish @ this size knows what I’m talking about “ loosen your drag… be patient and try to get her in! My session was without a net…from the bank…in the dark… up and over sharp shoals/ rocks…quite the experience my fish angler friends! Here we go as the season begins…good luck to you all!

Fun little trip down in Missouri. Family time was priority but dried off a few fish on the side. Pb redear sunfish 8ish” and rainbow trout 19-1/4”.

Best bass of the day was a 2.16 pounder on a Googan Juicee Jig!
