Black water pine barren bass, the morning was slow and the wind was steady 20 miles an hour Gustin to 30 I was in my canoe so I had to hug the bank so it cut down on castability and I had about 10 blow ups that I'd get a hook in them that was my first time there plan to go back on another day with less wind and some cloud covers

So today is my wife and I 21st anniversary I'm only saying that to tell y'all how great she is...woke up gave me a kiss and said " Go fishing but don't come home unless you catch a nice fish"..no pressure 😓😧😓...I walked this lake for 3 hours and nothing..I tried one last section and BAM💥💥got a nice one🥳 guess I can go home now😄😁...tight lines y'all🤙🏾of course I caught it with my go-to 😉 15 inches
