Trout out of Ararat river where lovils creek meets it.

My eldest and youngest daughters caught their first fish! Hopefully next time my son will land his first!

I tried and tried to get this guy to bite and he would only look at my lures but wouldn’t commit! Finally he swiped at my spinner and foul hooked himself in the side. Beautiful fish! I quickly released him to catch again later!

First ever fish on a trout magnet. I have tried and tried and I finally got a real bite. Only one on a trout magnet but at least I got one!

My first redbreast sunfish! Only one I caught on the river today but was happy to get a bite!!
