Little creek action today. Never expected the big guy out of a creek so small

My best post to date. My dad who I've been trying to get back into fishing for years. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be fishing today. 73 years old and retired and can't get him to get out with me for anything. Finally him and mom got a cabin air bnb for a 2 day get away with a pond. He asked to borrow a pole and a few lures and this is the first pic I got from mom. Just look at the smile. Might be a bluegill with a jerkbait but it's him getting back into what he once loved the same way he got me into it. I could not be happy happier to see him for once enjoy being retired doing the things he used to love to do.
