Used these with a mealworm on hook

Caught these two brook trout today. Used rigged twirl tails with a mealworm attached. Salmon Creek a remote area in the Allegheny National Forest. Good luck to all of you fishing this weekend.

Added a rainbow and fat brookie to 2022 first outing. Lost a couple others, slower day than i had hoped but catching a brook was a nice bonus as they are less and less common it seems.

This is my 10 y/o daughter Mia. She caught her very first Trout and not only did she land it herself but she did everything else herself also!! Yes including baiting the hook!! And we ate it 2 hours later at our camp not far from the creek!! Needless to say, my Baby girl is hooked on trout fishing in the woods!!!

fished triple 6 Mayburg bridge a while back wasnt a bad day out caught 2 fish with a worm and bobber just dropping it off bridge letting current take the worm and bobber out to the pocket of fish decent fishing if you snag you can easily walk in and unsnag it caught a nice rainbow and a couple sucker fish from that hole very active with people though

Was slamming trout at the new Mayburg bridge. Ended up with 17 between the two of us in about 2 and a half hours. Wasn't expecting to be fishing in a snowstorm where you could only see 10 feet in front of you though

Fishing at the Kelletville Bridge during opening weekend of trout season and this guy was fishing next to me and ended up having a hellbender try taking his minnow. He didnt want to touch it so i held it up and got his picture for him. Protect the hellbenders. Don't kill them. They are becoming rarer and rarer every year
