The fish commission finally stocked the creek by my work. I caught my first rainbow from the hole I fish. That gives me the trout triple from the same hole. Brown,brook, and rainbow.

This is my PB wild Brown trout. Last Friday I caught one that was around the same length it did not have the weight. Every time I catch one it is on the same type of minnow I catch in the stream in my minnow trap. I can’t get more then one or two of these minnows a week. They have red under there front fin and they look exactly like a fathead with out the fathead. The one I used was bigger then I thought would work 2” atleast. I couldn’t be more happy to have these beautiful trout out back of where I work.

Caught this little guy on my lunch break. He kept stealing my worm. Finally I caught him in the act and was happy to see it was a wild brown trout. Same hole as I caught the bigger in picture last Friday.

Is this a wild of stocked brown 15 6/8 is how long and he is skinny. I know they stock below where I was fishing. Those trout were brook and rainbow I caught down stream 1/2 mile or more. This is a brown that is really long and skinny. I let him go. From last Saturday until today is the best week I have had fishing in fresh water. I have caught between 40-70 trout( let the kids reel in the trout Saturday. . I went out to the creek on my lunch break. Caught the same brown 2x with in 30 seconds of throwing him back he hit the minnow first alive. Then he ate him dead. I’m not sure if it’s a wild or stocked. I will never forgot that trout. I saw him in there Wednesday he wouldn’t bite. I saw one more that is bigger. I added a brown that is definitely wild. Caught in the same hole as the bigger one.
