Perks of night fishing. While watching the Northern light dance , the bites are picking up. Didnt mind my rod at first, just want to enjoy the show but the bell on the rod keeps on ringing. Had to reel in and let this baby sturgeon be in the photo with the northern lights 😁.

Finally caught my 50"! It's crazy how the Sturgeon just kept getting bigger and bigger as the season progressed 😁

First catch of the night, a decent-sized Falleye 🤙 They're definitely getting chunkier this time of year! I caught a couple of more after but not the target species. When the sun was out -- all we caught were Walleyes and like, 1 sucker. (Even with the Surgeon rig setups my buddies and I were using) Yay, no skunk! 🦨🙅

My 100th Walleye! 💯 also my 333rd catch overall! It's not a PB in length (tied with my current PB), but most definitely in weight! Fall Walleyes are built different for sure 🍂 this girl was a tank!
