Coming home from a trip and the wife and I decided to hit up some fishing holes along the way! 🚗 🎣 This spot was producing mostly dinks 🦐 at first and then, this big momma 🐷 decided to come out and play! She pulled drag and went for runs so many times I thought I hooked a Sturgeon! I got my mid 30" PB Pike in the heat of summer. That was unexpected. 😳 Not bad for a quick 1 hour session! 🏃💨

HUGE day here for us. These two caught their FIRST FISH EVER and it just so happened to be pike. The sheer happiness and joy was incredible. Also brought home food again. Incredible day. Had to share. ❤️
