After being skunked on Saturday kayak deep sea fishing in St Margaret's Bay, Today I went back to the pond on Caldwell Road. De Said Lake. Probably 10-12 fish in 2 hrs and this was typical of what I landed. So pretty good, and I didn't keep anything. Would have stayed longer, but it was cold. much different then yesterday. I use the times on this app to maximize the chance, and it's working out.

Another entertaining evening on a lake I've never fished before. Passed by it a thousand times, and very rarely see anyone there. Hooked a bunch of pickerel, 1 after the other for about a 1/2 hr, and landed some 10-12in smallies. Kept this thick 15 incher and got a couple of real nice filets from it. All on fluke baits.
