2 awesome bass in Russel Lake. On a 7ft ultralight setup using 4in bright white Dollar Store flukes. Man what an entertaining fight. These are the first 2 of this species I've ever kept. And they tasted delicious with a light coat of flour, a touch of spice mixture, fried with some garlic butter. If someone has a heartache and reasons for me not keeping the odd couple, please let me know. #2020BassOff

Nice bass caught and released on fluke in Russell Lake. 1st time there. Lot of fish all over this lake. This one's longer than the 15in hatch in the kayak. Wish I could catch more like this. I'm really finding the fish forecast on the app to be correct. Evenings when it's predicted to be above 80%, I get non stop action. when the predictions are low, I don't get near as many. you guys feel the same way??
