Humber River

Well it seems my flies are of interest to the suckers. I really don’t want to rename my fly 🤔

It still counts.

I was fortunate to get out with my son and have some river fun. We each landed four in the 20 lb range. We also left a couple in the rock ICU to recover . It was an awesome day.👍

I managed to land 6 today. The biggest was 23 lbs 11 oz or 10,750 grams and fought like a heavy weight. I also caught one slightly smaller and I had a film crew in attendance.

Fishing with uncle Kevin

I was able to take my nephew to the river. This was the first time salmon fishing for him. We landed twelve in total but more importantly…we had a blast.

Four chinooks and two cohos. Lots of head shaking going on today. Three were hens but fortunately for them, I only use flies. I managed to revive all of them with rock recovery stations.
