Recent Catches At Taylor Massey Creek Pond

After finishing my grocery shopping, I discovered I had an hour to spare. I decided to visit a nearby pond that I hadn't been to in over a year, curious to see if there were still fish swimming about. To my delight, the pond was still thriving with fish! Every cast I made resulted in a bite. I realized that this park is an ideal spot for parents looking to introduce their children to fishing for the first time. The park is peaceful, with ample bank space and trees providing lovely shade. #Catch24

Gotta love needing to go in person for driver license renewal due to wearing glasses, but only to wait out in the cold for 2 hours and then skipping the eye test entirely anyway. Spent the afternoon at a local pond hoping for a small bass or something. There were so many small sunfish. Gotta try again next year when it's warmer.

found a park in Scarborough It is just right south of 401. It is called Terraview Park. Very fishable. Easy bank access, kids friendly. I found pumpkinseed are most abundant in this pond. I brought my ultralight gear and can't keep fish away off my hook. Fish on every single cast! Most fish are between 4 to 6 inches. Also caught a painted turtle at the end of day. Very cool little guy!
