Irish Sea

First every smoothhound caught on 1/2 a rag worm, put up one hell of a fight. It was my best day fishing so far. I only cast out with a small bit of worm on left over from a wrasse I had just caught to get the rod out of the way so I could set up my spinning rod when this beauty took my hook. In a 2 1/2 hour session I had 2 wrasse on the first cast, 2 bigger wrasse on my second cast, this smoothy on the third cast, a nice pollock on the first cast spinning, then another wrasse followed by 3 doggies. What a session.

5 Wrasse on 1/2 fresh rag worm. 2 gook wessex rig with 2 fish on the rig from the first 2 casts.
