River Brain

Beautiful river perch from my local stretch. Inhaled my LMAB finesse fillet! Using a size 4 hook on a 4g Fox Rage micro jig head. Caught him eyeing up the small fry from under some cover.

A lovely chunky suprise at sunset whilst out having a dink for some pike today. This chub engulfed my fairly cheap looking savage lure! Just proves how greedy these fish can be, I'm not complaining though, this is my biggest chub from my local river yet! Apologise for my less than friendly face 🤣

2 pike and a chub out of and hour session on my local stretch of the Brain this afternoon. Great sport in the moving current on my light 2 - 10g outfit. 3g jig head on a 4 hook, using a fox micro spikey shad in perch colours, which managed to snag them all! Great fun!
