Twin Lakes

My grandparents rent a cabin at twin lakes Bridgeport for a week. My family show up and camp at the lower lake a day early. I fish for the first day and a catch one rainbow on night crawlers on a jig head working it slowly. The next day my grandparents show up and we walk to the cabin. We go out on the private dock and start. I tie up a 2’ leader with a size 8 mosquito hook. I the mice tail on. I catch a decent size rainbow and then cast right back in that spot. Instantly I hook into what is my new pb a 5lb 6oz rainbow trout. As soon as I get the picture. I find out that it’s bleeding bad so we had to keep it. I retie and cast back out there and with yo twitches of the rod I hook into a 2lb 4oz fish witch swallowed the hook. We end up with a 7 pound stringer at the end of the day. I fish for the whole week and still caught multiple 1 to 3 pound fish on a little of ever thing. #maythefishbewithyou
