After trying Eureka Lake (almost no fish in the lake) at about 12,000' and then getting some weather that made us skip Horshoe Lake, we headed down to Hermit Lake and fished the beaver pond just below the lake. Caught four small brookies all on black parachute midges. My son got several bites with a mosquito but was unable to set the hook on any.
