Having trouble w identification. I think it’s Florida gar but could be wrong. It was around a foot in length and thin enough to basically wrap my hand around. Didn’t take any real measurements though cause I hooked the poor guy under his fin. Any help would be appreciated!

PB. Never thought there were hawgs like this one on this lake. Caught on an Arkie style green pumpkin jig with a matching color rage craw as a trailer with 30lbs braid. Couldn’t weigh it just wasn’t prepared but had to be 7-8 lbs. easily.
