I did a little fishing on Thompson Lake Saturday evening and caught my third pike this week— on a $20 two-piece Shakespeare rod, no less! It seems they’re becoming increasingly bigger with each successive catch. I was actually targeting largemouth on a Texas-rigged Bandito Bug, but I’ll take whatever I can get! #GooganBaits
