Only one of the morning, lost another, they only hit on my Rapala husky jerk baby bass.

I was just about to leave and wanted a couple more casts and BAM!!! I knew I had something BIG!!! I was using my Z-Man Original chatterbait and I had trouble bringing this beast in!!! I was hoping for a bass, ended up with a cat!!

Nice bass to start the morning!!

I was trying everything in my tackle box, nothing, then I decided to throw my rooster tail and on the second cast I landed this beauty. I struggled to keep him down, didn't want a violent jump to throw my lure!!!

Tried all kinds of spinner baits, nothing, first throw on my Rat-L-Trap, boom!!!!

Good way to start the morning. 😊

Little guy, only thing I caught this morning....

Second of the evening, a little bigger than the first, destroyed my Hula Popper, big blowup, for me that's the best way to catch a bass! Topwater fishing is so fun!
