Lots of recent rain had some nice panfish pushed right up on the bank. Zman LarvaZ did the trick 💥🎣

Small but mighty

Had to wrestle this bad boy through some grown up thicket on the bank. He got me all tangled up and went airborne three times before I was able to get my line figured out...nearly gave me a heart attack. Somehow he stayed pinned and I was able to tire him out and scoop him up. 🎶 Sweet Emotion 🎶 by Aerosmith on the radio as I departed was the icing on the cake!

Had to grind it out in the scorching heat this evening. Lost a brand new crankbait when a huge catfish broke me off at the bank when I made the stupid mistake of trying to flip him 🤦 This decent bass helped to redeem the evening some.
