Quarry Springs Park Pond

Began morning with 2 bass. But lost them due to needing heavier line. Cycled through diff lures to find best fit. Had no success until returning to same spot in the evening a little after 5 where I began to catch these smaller catfish with single and treble hooks baited with worms. After ran out of worms tried bait fish I had purchased from wal-mart, fish seemed to have no intrested what so ever in them. Caught from kayak, right along very shallow sandy shore edge and grassy sandy barges, where fry were prevalent. Aswell was a short narrow channel from one portion of calm shallower Lake to deeper more active lake.

First catch out of this place. Not sure what it is.
