Recent Catches At Lake Warner

Had some time between jobs, and since I'm far from home, had to look up some water to kill time at. There was only one little spot to access the lake, at least from what I could find. Got this one on the first cast. I would love to come back, because this place reeks of bass. But the access is so limited that I probably won't.

Slow but still a great morning!! This 5 pound even Bass was the best of the day.

Slower morning than expected. Still landed a bunch. Got 1 on a frog, a few on the popper and a few on the worm. Biggest one came off the frog at about 2lbs.

Afternoon session was slower than this morning. Still put a few in the boat.

2 bass and 1 Pickerel, it was a very slow morning. Temps dropped last night. I dont think they liked it.

Top water was on fire from 6 to 8am. Then it just shut off.
