Got out on the kayaks today and smoked 4 or 5 of these little guys. Pretty good considering they aren’t supposed to be in this lake. Had one that was considerably larger throw the hook when I got him up to yak. All of them caught on a black and blue Texas rigged Bandito Bug.

DNR doesn’t acknowledge these guys as a species on this lake, but they’re DEFINITELY out here. Had a whole school of 15-20 fresh spawns chasing my spinner while I was looking for Brookies
