about 7lbs northern just before I was gonna pack up and leave the rattler went and caught her it was a nice fishing ending of the night.

my son sister caught a nice northern. she was just putting it down the hole and it took it and took off and she almost lost the pole.

good day! old timer I've never met showed up at the shack the other day. says he misses fishing since his son grew up and moved away and don't have anyone to fish with. I told him come on out and fish with me so he did today. was skeptical with the east wind but we caught the batch which I sent him home with. told him we'll do it again. the 14" I measured and put her back to make more little ones for me 😁

things have slowed up since I got back. one tiny little dinkster so I set up the ps4 and fired up the hotspot and 2 rattle reels down. 1 in front of house 1 in back.

picked up Bobby again today and brought him out to the fish house. No pike but definitely enjoyed the crappie bite. lost a bunch threw some back and sent him home with I think 14 decent eaters for him the wife and his brother. had another gr8 time and will be doing it again.

met @BobbyBrown today and brought him out to the fish house. had a good time. I'll definitely be bringing him out again. Bobby I hope I spelled your name right. we both had a line snap. mine was a nice northern and Bobby had a really big walleye snap him off. I threw 1 northern back that was in the toss back slot but overall was a good day. hopefully Bobby will post as well.
