Doh! I got a weather message that moderate rain and thunderstorms would be where I was fishing in 20 minutes. Packed up and left. Got home, complete sunshine. I live 2 miles away where it was supposed to to rain. Another “ doh.”

First catch? I caught a nice 3lber before the snow storms. Had the LMB on shore, line snapped, lost her. Unless I can hold it, I don’t count it. So this is officially my first catch of 2025. 15.50 inches long at 1.8 lbs.👍🎣
