DISCLAIMER - NOT MY CATCH - but such a beautiful behemoth that I just had to share. I have a cool part-time seasonal “side hustle” as a Fisheries Interviewer for data collection efforts of key catch details for Pelagics caught in New England waters. Here is a solid representative of the Atlantic Bluefin Tuna fishery we are determined to protect on the East coast of the USA. Having met numerous incredible fishermen this Spring and Summer, I pray 🙏 that we also protect their livelihoods to earn a decent living doing what we all love to do - FISH!! Here is a Bluefin BEAST, at 103” long and weighing over 600 lbs. They get even bigger … much bigger! Congrats to the Captain and his mate for bringing in this tank on their modest Center Console!! I was honored to take vital statistics on this beautiful fish as it was brought in for sale (likely went to Sushi restaurants in Japan) 👍 💪 🎣 🍣 🤙

Successful deep sea trip in the North Atlantic. Got 5 Haddock and snagged a Pollock but had to toss it back. Great trip I recommend the Yellow Bird in Hampton Beach, NH.
