Had an amazing day at Splitrock Resevoir. Caught a 2.5 lb crappie on a topwater popper. Caught it right next to some reeds. I thought it was a bass at first, but it turned out to be even better. I caught a few small bass too, and my dad caught a few pickerel, but this was amazing.
