Buck Pond

I noticed a small bit of cover just sticking out of the water a little ways off shore. I tried some different lures and retrieves, and saw a fish break the water near the cover. I continued working baits and switched to a spinnerbait. I must have dropped it on her head because she hit it on the fall. She put up a good fight, jumping a couple of times. Only one today, but it was a good one.

Outside of this massive pike, fishing wasn't very productive, but the pike made it all worth it. 5.73 Lb and about 32 inches long.

Caught 3 nice size bass and a few bluegill at Buck pond
