caught in march

went to the lake for an hour and right as the sun was setting these big bluegills started hitting right as I needed to leave. the biggest one in the first photo was 8"

Caught this really nice bluegill today. Very round and bright colors. Caught him on sweet bread after the 1" gulp minnows failed me

Hooked 4 bass today and lost 2 one I tried to flip and the other while I answered a call. Also caught 2 nice brown bullhead one had a really fat head and neck for some reason

Caught this big bluegill on these gulp maggots. He was almost 8 inches long. I almost lost him because my line got caught on a low hanging branch so I had to let out the line a little and use his weight to swing him over the branch. He swam off nice and fast when I put him back in the water.

wanted to get in an hour of fishing before work. caught a few decent sized bluegill. saw a big bass jump for a dragonfly so I tried casting my wacky rig but sadly no luck. at least I got my fix for the day.

Went to my childhood lake and was curious what was still in there. was hard to fish because the algae was so thick. I was only able to fish the small open pockets of water. I lost a largemouth bass when I was reeling it in 😢. so I said screw it and fished for sunnys instead. I wasn't dealing with that swamp mush anymore today lol
