They're not shy biters here like they are in the UK. Literally were diving for the bread as soon as it landed, would get a bite within a minute

Buddy and I braved the crazy weather last Saturday to catch teeny tiny blue gills. Small but feisty 😀

Caught a new species today Golden Shiner. Got a bunch of fat bluegill and some Bullhead that swallowed my circle hook 😢. The carp today only took one bite of my chum and left. Must've seen 5 pass by.

First carp I ever caught, thanks to some tips from a fishing buddy. Just getting in some last minute fishing before it gets too cold.
