Hornets Nest Pond

Double rainbow seemed to bring fortuitous fishing. One of the bigger catfish I've pulled from this pond, my only catch of the night. The lady friend pulled in FIVE of these little guys, but I spent most of my time trying to find some bluegill, crappie or bass, to no avail. I have the feeling there may be a few bigger cats in the pond, but there are so many little guys that you can hardly go 2-5m without them stealing bait they like.

This adorable guy kept stealing stink-bait off the treble hook I had baited for his bigger brother.
