We had an amazing trip to Bryson city and I we got a tribal fishing license and attempted some trout fishing on Cherokee land. After failing miserably, I swallowed my pride and we went over to Kirkland's Trout Pond. In just a couple of minutes both my wife and I managed to hook a nice trout. I highly recommend Kirkland's. The owner, Jason was an awesome guy and really helped us out. The trout were delicious! We just pan-fried them in some olive oil with salt/pepper and a little bit of lemon. What an experience.
