Went out early this morning to beat the heat. Caught all 3 species of cat and a carp but nothing to write home about. Lost a good one bigger than all these put together. I want a rematch 💯🙏

Throwback Thursday, little flathead love. Here's a handful I've caught recently of my favorite species. If you've never fished for them I highly suggest it. They fight like it's life or death.

It's been so hot I've mainly been going out after dark. Here's some from Fri/Sat. Most were on cut carp and a couple on shad that I caught before I headed out.
