Punderson Lake

I caught 17 Bluegills on Punderson today. These guys are in one of my live wells. They were all caught on a cheap Berkeley noodle with a decent Shimano reel. Tungsten jig heads (pink, green, and gold) with a waxie. They weren't hitting hard. A sensitive noodle with lightweight line was essential.

A nice 16" Channel Catfish caught at Punderson on a tip up, 16" 25lb fluoro leader, gamakatsu treble tipped with a shiner suspended at 20' in 22' of water. This one fought more than Channels Cats usually do.

This one of the smallest Largemouths I've ever caught, lol. It nailed my tungsten jig. I knew right away that it was a bass on the end. The Bluegills weren't hammering the jig like this guy did. Even little bass can be fun, lol.

16" Channel Cat caught on Punderson on a tip up with 20lb dacron, a 20" 20lb fluoro leader, #6 gamakatsu treble, tipped with a 3" minnow. Caught over 25' of water with the minnow suspended at 23'.

17" Channel Cat caught at Punderson on a tip up with 20lb dacron, 20" 20lb fluoro leader with a no6 gamakatsu treble tipped with a 3" minnow in 25' of water suspended at 23'.

14 inch Largemouth pulled out of Punderson on a tip up with 20lb dacron, a 16" 20lb fluoro leader, size 6 gamakatsu treble tipped with a 3" minnow at 18' in 20' of water.

Caught 3 on a regular walleye pole with a sinker and some shrimp from giant eagle.. Lol
