Crappie bite slow but picking up. Threw an 8 and 6 inch bluegill back… 1 inch gulp minnow, 1/16 oz jig head about. 7 feet under float.

Been no bite till yesterday. Caught 8 but unfortunately I forgot my stringer on my cleaning table. Didn’t forget it this morning. Deep fried lunch for two.

Dog days. Bite about non-existent. Enough for lunch👍🏻 Hardly nobody fishing locally right now.

Fishing been really tough past week . Crappie/gills on vacation so I threw out a cut bait rig and caught dinner.

Supper for two. Bite slow 6-8 feet under float. Caught 6 crappies and 4 decent gills. 3 crappies and gills returned to grow up.
