Multiple species on the lake today

All small, but had fun.

lots of little fellas.

People flocked to the lake today with the hot weather, making it difficult to find a place to fish from shore. At least I didn't get skunked. caught several of these little fellas. All released.

More catches from todays outing

Caught a huge chain pickerel today while bass fishing, by far my personal best. 33 inches.

What a gorgeous birthday catch! The one and only for this trip upstate.

lots of fish hitting top water in the evening. caught one really nice bass probably 4.5 lbs, but unfortunately as I was holding him the water while getting camera he shock off.
