Beautiful healthy strong fish! And so it begins!!!

Cast across to bank from bank and she picked it up instantly. Had to fight her through 2 separate downed submerged trees. She tried to hide down in them but once again the Abu handled her well. It’s been a great couple of weeks around here. 43/4#,5#,6#,& last weeks 8# fish. Man I love this sh@t I mean stuff!!

This years PB! So far. I still have a couple weeks. Beautiful 8# Sally on a 1 star low fish activity day.

I said “ I’m gonna make 10 casts and just see if I can get anything!” No kidding... and 10! Sounded like someone dropped a bowling ball from a high dive. SPLOUSH!! Fought like hell, finally about 8-10 minutes got her threw to the bank. Lifted up my Pflueger bait caster combo and broke the rod just above the fourth eye. Only time I didn’t care I broke one is when i snatch a BIGGEN!!! Already went and replaced it with the new I M Endurance 8 Lew’s Speed Stick.
