Nichols Green Park Pond

Not quite enough weight for a quarter pounder with cheese but a catch is a catch. Appears he bit my worm at the end and the hook got him in the stomach. That was enough for today. Ended a dry spell at the bass pound.

At the Bass pond this morning before the heat got me. Not a skunk today. This beauty hit my Chatter Bait. That’s it end of story

Went to the bass pond today and it was dink day. Three went 1/4 lb one went 1lb. One was even blind in one eye.

Bass pond today. First cast with a black and blue chatter bait caught the first one. The next one a red flake turtle. Last one with a jig under spin with a brown trailer.

At the bass pond today. Caught these four on a black and blue chatter bait till lost it on a tree in the pond. Then I lost a white spinner bait. At least it wasn’t my old tackle.

Back to the bass pond today. I enjoy experimenting with different set-ups and lures. Today’s first cast got bit with a white spinner bait. After that it was a open drop shot with a very salty 40yr old worm, caught 2. Then a red flake turtle, caught 3. I know I caught 6 but I didn’t take the 6th picture. So you’ll just have to trust me.
