Veterans Park Pond

July 12th 2023 Was able to get out after work and before it got dark. Had 1 catch from the creek in the morning and then many from the evening session at a private pond. Drop shot crushed it as you could see. The struggle was real on some of these catches to get them out of the weeds/reeds 😆🤣 no chunks were found 🥲 Anyways went out with my son this morning to fish. I caught a few from the 4 spots we tried. He ended up with only 1. In his defense he was throwing huge lures/baits...looking to catch big fish. So he knew what he was getting himself into 🤭 We will probably go out this evening and try again 💪👍
