Vista West Park Pond

What a wild past couple of days. Me and my friend braxton have gone to the Vista West pond for the past 3 days to hang out and abduct some tiny little bluegill. Over 3 days and probably 4 1/2 hours of fishing we caught a total of 113 fish and 2 turtles (1 on a spinner bait and 1 on corn) We did not however get a catch on the big bass we were looking for. We will not stop though! I can officially use more bass stuff because I got my first bass rod. It is a Lews speed spool combo. I will post my catches on that rod when I get them. But if you are looking for any bluegill catfish and possibly crappie (braxton said sm1 stocked them) then come to vista west!

Caught atleast 20 of these little guys within 30 casts. Had a big bass on a trout magnet but my knot wasn’t good enough and it broke off. I’m just happy I caught something at a pond I thought had nothing.

I really dont know what species this is but it was fun to catch
