Tried fly fishing the Provo this morning but had no luck, so I went over to the pond and caught 6 fish in 10 minutes with my spinning rod. Does anyone have any tips for fly fishing the Provo?

Caught 6 rainbows in an hour at Vivian Park, also had a very friendly mink come and say hello. Fished 4 with the white trout magnet 1/64 oz and another 2 on a white Ozark Trails white inline spinner.

Not a great picture I was solo. Decided to cast some trout magnets into the pond at Vivian Park after fishing Provo River. Swear that bait is like cheating but it’s quite fun still.
