Little bank fishing this morning! Back to weekend chores, lol!!

It was good to be back fishing. July was pretty rough - My father passed away, but I finally put the kayak in and got back to what gives me peace and a lot of happiness. Get out and enjoy, winter is just around the corner!

This was from last weekend when I only had about an hour to fish. The Stanley Top Water Toad and the Wacky Rig are still on fire!!

Nice afternoon, landed 3 in about 2 hours. Not my PB, but definitely a season best, so far. Enjoying the outdoors, lots of wildlife out after the rains. Have a safe weekend.

Fishing reducing the stress in my life and this weekend nature sure has provided! Gotta go out again this evening.

Had a few minutes go out a couple days ago. It has been a rough week at work. So glad fishing can relax me from all the stresses. They are still crushing the Stanley Top Toad. Gotta love top water blowups.

Don’t be afraid to go out in some rain!! It was a good day, nice catch on my first cast.
