Fished for only an hour after work. Thought I was gonna get skunked. This 16 inch 2 lb 8 oz bass slammed a white grub with a spinner. That chunky bass gave a good fight. I really thought he was closer to 3 pounds because he was healthy fat.

Stopped for a couple hours after work. Good choice. I caught 4 bass, 3 of which were about 16 inches long and weighed 2 pounds.

We only had about an hour of daylight left to fish. Stopped at Hurricane City Park and caught these 3 bass just before dark. The biggest bass was 2.4 pounds and the other nice one was about 2 pounds-both caught in the same spot several feet apart. Those were nice fights to reel in!
