Bluegill, redear, golden shiner and sacramento pike minnow are doing well in snodgrass slough. Caught many of different species fish recently in last 2 weeks. I often still limit out for the day. CNR all day

Beautiful night on the river. We were catching blue gill all night but stuck it out with my live bait minnows. Finally caught the biggest crappie of the night! X2

2 extra large nightcrawlers on 2/0 hook. 1 threaded and 1 worm looped as many times as possible to create a ball. (Alternating head tail pins helps)

Used jig. Not sure exactly, but about a heavier #6/#8 jig and fat bodied black curly tail grub. Jigged above fallen log while laying on tree. Dont have scale. So ,,, maybe 3lb + but measured exactly 15 inches. Inch over 3700 tray with mouth closed.
