Beautiful night on the river. We were catching blue gill all night but stuck it out with my live bait minnows. Finally caught the biggest crappie of the night! X2

Wax worms, Aberdeen hooks - windy AF day but soooooo great. 15 fish for me, 40 for the whole boat. Great day! Ps - I totally jumped in to save rigs that flew out of the boat into the water

2 extra large nightcrawlers on 2/0 hook. 1 threaded and 1 worm looped as many times as possible to create a ball. (Alternating head tail pins helps)

Used jig. Not sure exactly, but about a heavier #6/#8 jig and fat bodied black curly tail grub. Jigged above fallen log while laying on tree. Dont have scale. So ,,, maybe 3lb + but measured exactly 15 inches. Inch over 3700 tray with mouth closed.

Largemouth black bass
