Finally got out for a few!

Sunset bite produced, kept for dinner. White swim bait in the upper water column in the last 15 minutes before dark.

Crappie at Clinton. Not many bites. Tips for using a jig and a crank bait are welcome only seem to catch stuff on Senkos

This was by far the most expensive fishing trip for me. Saturday, I lost a rod and reel. Still don't understand how it happened. It just fell out of the boat like it had legs and jumped overboard. Today, I lost my net. Don't know where, when, or how. Don't know if it also jumped overboard or blew out running across the lake. Possibly Bidenomics just made it shrivel up and disappear. I guess Clinton lake wanted tribute to be paid for the two 5lbers. If anybody happens to snag a rod and reel let me know exactly where you snagged it and I'll tell you the brand of rod and reel. Even the bait on it. A reward will be given.

Made it to the lake for the last few hours of light. Biggest 2 of 6. Hate turning the clock back. Less time to fish.
