Update... Its actually an australian bass, my first bass 3 minuets from home so thought I'd have a quick flick and pulled this guy on a 4" gravity twitch in white and purple haze, believe it's a silver perch but correct me if I'm wrong,

Tried a new spot today. Had a nice little session caught this EP who got a bit dirty during the landing, he was a fighter! An eel and had a couple that got off, was a good day, but then again... anyday fishing is a GREAT day!

Another catch today. One happy beginner angler. At 34cm, this fish took my bait and hook the first time, then I caught him again still with my previous bait and hook inside his belly. What are the odds? 🤣 What an adventure today was! Shout out to Kristy for letting me tag along 😀
